    I signed you with Shai under Shai virtual Solutions as a IBO for a company called Arise. I asked her for a contract many times after signing up under her and she would make excuses over and over again. I would text her about 3 times a week and most of the tie she would not respond or she would wait 2 weeks to respond. At the time is did not make a big deal about it because I understood she had a life of her own. A couple of days before I was done with my class for my job she sent me a contract but would not send me my SOW for the job. I let her know that I disagreed with some of the stuff in the contract and I let her know that I was not going to sign the contract. I asked her to drop me as my IBO so I could sign up under someone else. At that point she because very disrespectful and started calling out my name and started threating me. As she was doing this I stayed professional the whole time. She also told me that she was not going to pay me for the time that I worked. I had to get a lawyer involved due to this issue. When my lawyer called her she started making more threats and started calling me out my name once again. I got the ************* involved as well as showing them the proof. They told me that they were going to reach out to her and hopeful they will have it figured out with in 72 hours today was the ************************************************ from being my IBO so there making a complaint so she does not do this to anyone else. My sister is also signed up under her and she has also been very disrespectful to my sister as well and will not drop her. I cant take care of my 2 year old son or pay my bills because she is not going to pay me and I don't want to get more hour and she keep my money. I'm not sure what to do at this point and I'm am very upset. I have tried everything for her to drop me and she will not. I have never met someone so unprofessional and disrespectful in my life. She was also being very disrespectful to my lawyer as well.
