  After I drove over 3 hours, I thought I had struck a deal that would have Carmazen's ************************* hold a truck while I set up the deposit the bank required, which was almost half the listed price. His exact words to me were that this deposit would "definitely get me the loan". When I confirmed the next day that I had the money, his response was "Ok". Then, at 12:30 am Wednesday morning, on the eve of my return trip, he texted, claiming that he had to confirm things with his bank at 10am. This seemed odd, as the bank had already given their approval and, by his own words, would give me the loan. But, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and reassured him that I had the money. My first attempt to contact him was at 10:45 am, with no reply. I made another attempt at 11:30 am, with no reply. Just before 4pm, I tried again, asking what the problem was. He finally replied, claiming that the bank was not going to give me the loan, even though he said that they would. So, after waiting all day for a reply that I don't think would have come had I not pressed the issue, I was denied and handed a pile of b.s. about the bank not honoring their approval. But, it sure felt more like ************* got cold feet the night before I was supposed to buy the truck and decided to concoct a story blaming the bank for not keeping their word when it looks a whole lot more like him not keeping his, all because he didn't want to take the chance on having to drive 3 hours to repo the truck if (not when, btw, because I'm making almost $20/hr at my job) I failed to make the payments. ************* either lied when he said my deposit would guarantee the loan or he lied later when he said the bank was rejecting my loan. Honesty is the best policy, and I got the exact opposite from *************************. This, AND his online listings for the truck had gone from $12,200 that Saturday to $12,500 after his 12:30 am text, which tells me he had no intention of selling me that truck. Shady... all day long.

  We do appreciate this feedback and in no way wanted you to feel has if we did not want to sell you this vehicle. A dealership's first priority is to make sure the customer is taking care of and sell them a vehicle. You were told prior to driving 3 hours that you can fill out the online application to make sure everything goes smoothly once you got here if you have any doubts about financing, you stated "I will wait until I get there". Once here, you fill out the application stating you have been on the job for 9 months, falling to let us know most of that time was with a temp agency, and the actual time at the job full time was 2 weeks. We also explained that doing the **signing remotely before making the second trip could greatly increase your chances of getting the vehicle. You words again "I want to wait until I get there, I am also bringing cash for the down payment". We are here to sell vehicles, we have no reason to turn a customer away if everything is on the up and up. If we foresee future issues with a transaction, it is our duty to be diligent. The vehicle is still available as of July 5th, the time of this respond. You are still able to obtain your own financing or pay outright, we will cover the expenses of getting the vehicle shipped to you. PS. the pricing of the vehicle changing from $12,200 - $12,500 had no bearing on your transaction, which would have stayed the same of any transactions/deals being worked prior to the price change. The price will still be $12,200 for you sir if you decided to move forward with the purchase.
