      This company called my ex-husband and left him a message stating a claim was filed against me and that they would be coming to his house to look for me. They then called my number and left me a message threatening to go to my place of employment. When I called them back, they said a claim was filed against me from the company *****. The person I spoke with was named **** *****. I told her to not call my ex-husband or show up at my employer any more. She stated they will still do that. Last month- they sent a guy to my house- who tried to open my FRONT door- thankfully my dog scared him away. This is harassment and needs to stop ****.

      9/2023.:Starts with fake scam emails. With the sender of general, personal outlook email account. Then to send to a restitution Gmail account, instead of a speedy cash actual email account.:From:*********************** <**************************>Sent:Tuesday, September 19, 2023 5:42:42 AM To:**************************************************** <****************************************************>Subject:Legal Proceedings Notice CREDITOR: SPEEDY CASH PAYDAY LOANS Inc.CASE NO: SC/576A7/86LAttention,AMOUNT OUTSTANDING: $1864.00This Proceeding issued on you Docket No: SC/576A7/86L with SPEEDY CASH PAYDAY LOANS ************ in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get hold of you so the accounts department has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.We had sent you this warning notification about legal proceedings on November 11th, 2022 but you failed to respond on time. Now, its high time if you fail to respond in the next *************************************** court. Consider this as a final warning and we will be Emailing/Fax this issue to your current employer to make sure they take strict actions against you. Your salary and all your wages will be confiscated.We will be forced to proceed legally against you and once it is processed the creditor has entire rights to inform your employer an Then, in January 2024 and April 2024, they start texting and calling all family (they associate with you from internet search look up) and text the same as in the email- under ******** Services and the company Mutual that does not give any company information, says you can't use your bankruptcy lawyer for their supposed fraud charges.With different case number from email and different amount with mixed information- old address and old bank you no longer use,Yet, have your birth date and last 4 of SSN and some correct.They are persistent and do not give up!.Attached documents shoe this scam!

      on 03/04/2024 I get a vm from a company that said they were going to file a claim against my husband due to an unpaid debt. I call back the following day and my husband gives permission for me to speak on his behalf. I spoke to a *********************, after referencing a claim number and he tells me that if my husband doesn't pay the debt, they are going to reach out to an attorney and start a claim against my husband. I ask if the company is a debt collector and he says no. I ask for the company name and all he gives me is "Mutual". I mentioned that I was willing to settle for less than owed if we can come to an agreement to send me something in writing, but first providing me with a debt verification of some sort and the company's information. I was told that we can settle for less (they were only willing to settle for about 30%), but they won't be able to provide me with the debt verification, and a settlement offer before payment is made. The unpaid debt was supposedly with Speedy Cash, which my husband has no knowledge of. I called back and pretended to have the ***** OAGs office on the other line and they hung the phone, so I called back and their phone number is no longer in service. phone number they called me from was **************

      On January 9th 2023 this company called me and threatened to take me to court for fraud over a debt. They are a scam. They do not own the debt and they took my money. They also threatened to call my work, my family, and then take me to court. They harassed me and then scammed me. They are not a real company.

      They calling and harassing people and family members illegally to make you feel like you need to pay now or goto jail for Defrauding a company. Saying there gonna come by my job and call my job and family members if I do not reply. Which is illegal under Fair Debt Collection act. There number is ************ ******* and many others answer the phone are very rude once you tell them theres legal attorneys involved. They also claim its not them and not collection agency but if you look up Mutual Recovery guess what pops up!
