      In Network Provider that charges a co pay after confirmation that ones out of pocket expenses have been met for the year. It is my understanding that this practice could be in violation of Federal *** Act regulations and is subject to investigation by the State of Georgias Attorney General. I confirmed this business practice after calling the local office.

      I bring attention to a press release, dated June 2023 from the U.S. ********** of *******, Northern District of *******, which summarizes how the ******* the U.S. Attorney General, and the U.S. ********** of ****** and ***** Services investigated Peachtree Immediate Care and made them pay a settlement of $1.6 million in fines for alleged overbilling of ******** patients. One of the clinics whistleblowers was the clinics former billing director. U.S. Attorney **************************** is quoted as saying, ****** care professionals provided an invaluable service to the public during the Coronavirus pandemic . . . But medical practices that seek to misrepresent the services they provide to patients, and to improperly profit from such practices, must be held accountable, **************************, Special Agent in Charge with the ********** of ****** and ***** Services, ****** of ********* General (HHS-OIG) stated The ********** of ******* will work diligently to protect taxpayer dollars by ensuring that medical providers fairly and accurately bill federal health care programs . . . When providers submit improper claims to ********, they waste valuable taxpayer dollars," Finally, *******************, Special Agent in Charge of *** Atlanta said, The *** is thankful for the honesty of the whistleblowers who stepped forward to identify this alleged fraud.

      The way Peachtree ungrent care on mount zion the way the did me I think it was because am black without great insurance they made me wait in some back room for 3 hours because I had ********************** its still insurance tho lord why ***** why would they do this to a hard working man

      This is for the Monroe location- they dont have a place to leave a review- so Im leaving it here. Extremely extremely rude and hateful front desk staff. The First **** that saw my son was rude, so when the receptionist came up, he informed her about how rude the First **** was. He was ignored and finally the receptionist said oh, Im sorry, were you talking to me?! Because I dont listen to ignorance. He was so dumbfounded she would even say that, that he thought she was kidding and started snickering. She then called him ignorant multiple times and became pretty angry that my son asked for a manager. She also refused to get one. All bc he came in to ask for his test results that they never called him about. This is who you want to have be the face of your company?! This is absolutely repugnant behavior. Your employees couldnt do their job correctly and call him when his tests results came back, so HES the ignorant one when he asks for them? Just skip this place and go straight to Piedmont *****************. Theyve never been the slightest bit rude to us there.
