    On Sunday may 4th I received an oil change from Strickland brothers 10 minute oil change in flowery branch. It was a premium oil change and during my service they removed my engine air filter without my permission and showed it to me stating I needed another one. I agreed to it and later went on about my day. Monday morning I drive my 30 minute drive to work and my car started shutting off and running terrible. I coasted my car into a local mechanic. After a diagnosis i was told the engine air filter from where I got an oil change was not attached and it was pulling air into my engine. It was recommended to flush things to prevent any more damage. During the fix I called the oil change place during which time they never mentioned a warranty he just told me to bring in the invoice and we would go from there. That Monday the 5th afternoon when I returned with the invoice I was told for the first time about the warranty and they werent refunding me for the $674 repair or the $120 oil change because there was nothing wrong with the oil change. I have since tried every avenue to contact cooperate or customer support and no one has contacted me over a week later. All cooperate calls go to voicemail.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    It has been past the amount of time and no one has reached out to me regarding the issue. I have also attempted to call all of the customer service numbers available online and none of them work. I feel as though this company gets away with this often.
