      Went to precision tune back in February to get an engine replaced. One was found and I paid to have it installed with a 1yr warranty. 2 months later two MAJOR issues occurred. One was where my car started to run hot all of a sudden. I've had my vehicle 5yrs and never had an issue until now when the motor needed replacing. I paid for what the issue was at hand that was causing the car to run hot and was out of pocket $600 on the spot. Secondly was the heater hose needed to be replaced. Found out through another reputable maintenance shop that the error occurred when the motor was being replaced. I was being charged close to ****k just to have this replaced. After raising h*** about the error on precision mess up, ****** the manager agreed to fix it. My car has been at his shop, in the bay for a solid 2 whole weeks now. He said he called a local company to have my part rebuilt. After sitting for a week, he stated they are unable to rebuild it. So then he calls around to other companies locally and no one is able to rebuild it. He ordered the part UPON MY REQUEST and another week goes by and it's on **** backorder now. So then he said he found a company in ******* that can rebuild the part and that he would drive my car down to ******* to have a shop rebuild the part and then drive my car back. Fast forward to yesterday..My car was never taken to *******. I stopped by the shop y.day for an explanation. How convenient that ****** is now off on Thursdays. I demanded my car back y.day. I received a call y.day stating the place in ******* would have to keep my car 2-3 days for repair. Unacceptable! ****** said he over nighted the part for my car and it should be here today. Well it was. But then I was met with "well it won't be until tomorrow before it's ready". I demanded by car be ready by end of day today since he's had my car almost 3 whole weeks now. He called me and said it's ready and the keys will be left in the car (they were closing). My AC still doesn't work!!!!
