      They don't send bills out in a timely manner and then they want to send you over to a collection agency, I have always paid my bills on time... My FICA score is 800. This company is a bit ridiculous.

      am appalled that i got sent to collections for $37. According to the collections agency they tried to reach me 1 time and unfortunately i was out of the country. No body called my husband or calked again. I have worked so hard as an RN for years to keep my credit score up and your practice ruins it over $37. There is a medical crisis in this country and companies such as yours encourage people to not seek medical care for fear of these types of things. NGHS has a good reputation but your company is bringing the name down. I hope i never have to use your services again.
