    I hired Southern Perfection Painting to paint the inside of my house as well as the fence and mailbox (including the mailbox numbers) the same colors. They painted black over my mailbox numbers and then came out with metallic silver to paint over my metallic gold mailbox numbers. I told them it has to be the same metallic gold numbers as the rest of the neighborhood uses metallic gold numbers on the mailbox and we are part of an HOA. ******* said he would come back the following week and never showed up or called. I called him and texted, but he never responded. So I called the office. Again, he said he would come back and never showed up or called. So I texted ***** in the office and ******* showed up finally, but painted the mailbox a matte yellow color and then complained that this was too much over mailbox number colors. ******* also told me not to call the office, but he wanted me to pick up the correct paint. I texted the office to ask them to either reimburse me or send someone other than ******* to paint the mailbox numbers correctly. Their response was an apology only.

    I am on the phone speaking with ************************* now.  Such a pleasant woman!!!!  She only wanted to be reimbursed for the supplies of $43.**.  I sent her Zelle $45.00 and profusely apologized to her as to how this was handled.  She agreed that we were a 5 *********** Review and loved the work that we did.  She has already sent ** referals and stated that she loved our work.  ***** thanks for working with us and this is the best BBB complaint we have ever gotten!!
