      I arrived at this location to see if they could change my bottom bumper passenger front turn signal light bulb the young lady I spoke with stated yes they can I asked what would the fee be to change the light bulb she stated that it would cost me $35 I started okay I went next door to get purchase the light bulb from the autozone I came back she had a ******** start working on it the ******** put my car up on an air lift so that he could began working on it once he had my vehicle in the air he told me he removed the bad bulb out and I would need to come back later to replace the bulb because it was to hot to replace for safety reasons I replied ok no problem I left went back to work I returned back I didnt see the ******** who started the repair so the receptionist spoke to two other ********s they began to take apart my car from underneath my hood they replaced the wrong bulb I had to go and purchased another bulb ??????? when I returned the first ******** was there he had taken a break when he got there he was working to fix what the two ********s messed up he than told me maam I cant find the wire so I cant replace the bulb I stated to him it was a wire there because the bulb was attached and it was working it just stopped working yesterday so I than asked him how much will it cost me for you to find the wire he said I would have to ask the receptionist I asked her she said I would have to ask the manager I asked her him he stated $120 I replied oh no ******* a single mother of 6 I cant afford that right now can just put my car back together and I will pay my $35 and find another place because when I came to your shop my wife was there before so the first ******** put my car back together and then I went inside to pay the receptionist spoke try to charge me $45 I said no maam you to me $35 thats what we agreed on now I have to find a shop to fix the problem this shop created
