      We bought and sold many shirts from this site and were never paid the commissions. The company and web site just disappeared one day.

      On 04/16/23, I made an online purchase of a t-shirt in the amount of $26.95 .Order # ****** I have yet to receive the t-shirt I purchased.I've been attempting for months to resolve this but they have not responded.If they are not going to supply me with the t-shirt I purchased, the should refund my money.

      I ordered a clothing item from this establishment on april twenty twenty three. You can see the dates in my emails attached. Never received item haven't gone back and forth since april. They will not give me a refund.

      Placed an Order with this company back in April 2023, contacted the business about where my order was, business told me my package was damaged and they would expedite the order, never received the order and now no emails have been answered by customer service and website is no longer accessible.

      On April 14 2023, I ordered a sweatshirt from them and never received and order. *** tried contacting them through there website and through there instagram and only received automated messages

      On April 29, I placed an order for three T-shirts from this company. The email receipt I received said that delivery would take place in 7-9 business days. Several weeks passed, and there was no movement on the items. I reached out to them to ask about the status of the order. I received a reply with some excuse about damaged shirts in the warehouse.Another couple of weeks went by with no updates, so I reached out again, and by this point, the company was simply not replying to **** never received the items, and refund, or any apology.

This occurs at all times, at different times of day. Unclear how to ensure I either get my order or money back.

      placed an order for 2 shirts on 5/26 from store frontier at the direction of the band social media, i came to store frontier. i have not received the items nor any responses to emails. the first time i placed the order they incorrectly charged me for 4 shirts when in fact i ordered 2. this time i received nothing. no correspondence. no emails.. nothing.

      On April 23rd I ordered a single T shirt and paid $30.95. It was supposed to ship in 7-9 days, but unfortunately it still has not shipped. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach out to them for resolution as they will not respond to any message. The owner is ********************* and the general manager is *****************************. Neither has responded. Upon further investigation, they have done this to tons of people and some are owed 3k plus. For my situation specifically, I am asking for a full refund immediately.

      I ordered 5 tee shirts totalling $133 from this company on 5/1/23. Delivery was supposed to be within 7 to 9 days. As of today, 6/29/23, no merchandise has arrived. I have sent several emails checking on the order and requesting a refund if they are unable to deliver.No response. It appears they are a rip off company.
