      I purchased a bucket of the 5 gallon Cool! Pool deck paint as well as a gallon of color paint that this product requires for color. The main product was indeed not even close to 5 gallons (including the gallon of color that was added). I then had to purchase 2 more buckets as well as 2 more gallons of color paint. Each bucket was $250 and each color paint was about $50. I put 2 coats on and was meticulous as to follow the directions precisely. The product is horrible. It has remained sticky and cannot be walked on. I spent over a thousand dollars in the product and supplies and now have to hire a professional to come correct this horrible disaster. This product should not be on the market.

      This complaint is unwarranted, as our website, ******* channel, amazon and more has extensive education tools to educate our consumers.

      Each unit of product has a sticker on the lid "STOP: ARE YOU PREPARED?" with a QR code to our educational videos, showing you exactly how to activate the product and what to expect. The complaint confirms that minimal research was done before purchasing.

      We have never gotten a BBB complaint like this, as we sell ****** units of this product each year, and have been selling this product since 2012. It is the most popular prodcut of its kind in the ***, with the best reviews . 

      Stickiness mentioned in the complaint is applicator error. We never received any type of technical assistance request from this customer, instead, an instant ******************** complaint.
