    I went to the ****** location to have my preventive care done which turned into a physical, when you walk in all you have are kiosk I entered all my Information and my new updated healthcare card as I changed jobs since my last visit which now I have new insurance While the branch was short handed and we had a massive storm I waited 4 hours past my appointment time as this is my primary care doctor once I seen the doctor everyone was so nice and kind however i dont know what the disconnect was from the kiosk to the back but now my old insurance has been billed and nobody will help me fix this issues I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails via the portal, and even ******** messenger and I have also called the location manger twice and sent multiple emails as well I need help getting the visit fixed with the correct insurance asap and nobody will help me when you call you get a recording and they give you a ticket but nobody calls you.. Im so worried that nobody will fix this.. please help me
