    12-15-2023, the amount is $3449.41. They did not provide honest customer service. The dispute is they did not refund $3449.41 back to the insurance company Liberty Mutual and now I am being sued for that amount by Liberty Mutual in the amount of $3449.41. I have tried reaching out to them and no one answers the phone nor the door. I feel I have been scam and lied to by this repair shop and owners and employees.

    Took my car to JDM on June 15, 2023 On July 19, 2023the owner *********************************** said he had to put in for a supplemental with my insurance company for a part that was broken when I asked **** one if the workers why is this just being found I was told cause they just took my car apart 3 days ago. I expressed to him that I needed my car because I was promised my car would be done before the 4th of July as I was paying for a rental out of pocket which ******** contributed $200 towards a rental and I told him I was leaving to go out of town on the 28 if July and ***** would not let me extend the rental any further. On July 28, 2023 I went to pick up my car and not only was my car not finished he had patched up my old bumper when my insurance company quoted me for a new bumper we agreed when I got back from my trip he would put a new bumper on and paint my car. I called when I got back from my trip he said he could not get my car in as they was trying to finish his employee **** car I have called several time to get my car finished since my insurance company has paid him up front for the part and labor and I have not received that. I called several times last week and said my new bumper still has not came in which is unbelievable because if he ordered it on July ***************************************************************** I have called several times this week still trying to get my car finished no answer nor have my calls been returned. I called today and I was told by someone that the bumper just arrived.
