    My carry on trailer is working great except for the wheels keep loosening up. I investigated. I dont like the way the internals are inside the hub. My main problem is instead of using a castle but they have some weird retainer, this is causing my wheels to work their way loose. My next complaint is on the paint. Its not too quality like it should be. When I took delivery of mine it already had rust starting. I expect better quality when I buy something new, instead you basically pay new price for a used trailer.

    I purchased this trailer in November of 2021 and it literally began falling apart at the seams by March 2022 after only 3-4 uses.I brought the trailer in for repair on May 18th 2022 to ******, ******** as I was told to do by an employee named *************************. After several phone calls and emails inquiring as to the status of my trailer repair, I was told that the parts for the trailer would come into the repair shop but they were damaged and had to be reordered. This happened multiple times. I then got a phone call from ******** that they were going to buy my trailer back since it was taking such a long time to repair and get the trailer back to me. When I bought the trailer, I purchased an electric **** which the dealer installed.they kept the **** but refuse to pay me back for it after I sent them the receipt. I also had to rent another trailer while mine was being repaired to the tune of $1050 which they also refuse to reimburse. The above reimbursement for $1357.00 is what they owe me. I have called them multiple times and they refuse to to call me back or hang up on me. The day I brought the trailer in was May 18 and I got a check from them on July 22 less the $1357.00 for the **** and trailer rental. This is not acceptable.

    We will reimburse the amount of $289.16 which was for the electric **** and 2 5/16 ball. Our warranty does not include rental and the amount of $1,050.00 is denied.
