THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!Beware!!!! Do not buy from them. I bought a 5x8 trailer to haul my golf cart around. With the max load of (((((1650lbs))))My golf cart was weighted in at 790 lbs The trailer tongue bent the frame and they are claiming it was overloaded. Very bad for business and the quality of this trailer absolutely sucks! Trailer is less then a month old with less then 50 miles. Dont make the mistake I did. My new plans is to dissemble the trailer and build shelves in my shop with it and hope they hold up. Ill be sure to put half the weight on them I think they will hold.

Buyer beware!! If you buy a Carry On trailer listed as a Z which is no warranty, its not just a blimish , dinted fender, paint, small blemish, etc, which they lead to believe. We have a trailer that is over five inches longer on one side than the other side of where tongue attaches. It travels down the road way crooked!! Not a road worthy trailer. BUT Carry On says its fine. Will not stand behind a defective trailer!!Please share with all your friends, to beware of Carry On they do not care that a defective trailer is released from there factory!! Please share with all!!They are a large company that only cares about their bottom dollar.

MN020201 Z6X14GW2BRK was purchased by the dealer, SilverState Trailers, in May 2021 at a significantly discounted price due to its classification as a Z-Trailer, which comes without a warranty. The dealer provided trailer measurements from the center of the coupler to the spring hangers, confirming they were within spec and ensuring proper towing alignment with the tow vehicle. However, the trailer bed may be out of spec, which is why it was designated as a scrap/Z-Trailer, having not passed the manufacturer's inspection. Despite this, the trailer is roadworthy, as we would not have sold it otherwise. The dealer also acknowledged this and confirmed that the trailer was sold upfront to the customer as a Z-Trailer.

On 02/8/2021, I bought a Carry-On Trailer 5 ft. x 10 ft. Enclosed Cargo Trailer, Model #: 5X10CGR It was a Disaster from the start, built like c*** Instead of full boards of plywood, it had a bunch of pieces of different wood put together like a puzzle and It was missing 2 parts. Even the manager of tractor supply said "wow how did they even let this leave the warehouse looking like this". The manager of tractor supply gave me a small discount because he said he cant send it back & will NEVER be able sell it looking like this. I needed one asap so i took it.Now the roof hatch that would never stay closed came off and disappeared while driving. It should be covered under warranty but ***** on says they decline because the trailer has snow on it. The snow has nothing to do with the issue, it didnt cave in, it came off because its a cheaply made trailer. That should be carry ons fault, not mine. There customer service is horrible.********************* or time buying any c*** trailers made by CARRY ON!

Do not purchase. They are no help at all when the trailer starts falling apart. Defect in the air vent and makes rivots come out. They put back on the business that sold it. The blame should be placed on Carry On. Would never ever purchase again. Customer service is horrible when you call.

Bought a 6x8 carry on trailer from tractor supply Co. In July 2023 and had a problem with tail lights at the store. I agreed to take replacement lights and install myself. The lights worked until October 2023 and failed again. Long story short, warranty center kept avoiding my suggestions of it being a ground issue. They offered to replace the lights again, but by the time they came to that decision I already purchased and installed a better quality light set myself. When I notified the company of doing so and that the problem was solved by adding lights with a ground on them, the warranty **** has covered the cost of the lights and now it is a great trailer. I would probably buy another trailer from them, but inspect it more thoroughly before accepting possession of it

I purchased a 5x8G Utility trailer in May from Lowes, the Carry-On brand. When I picked it up it seemed to have more vibration than I was used to. I used the trailer 2 times, the second time I lost the curb side light assembly. I contacted the manufacturer. and I was told it was a defect with the metal of the light assembly and they would send me replacements. I did receive replacements, but only the brackets for the road and curb side, I needed the light assembly for the curb side. I contacted them and they apologized and sent me the light assembly. As I was going through the replacement of the brackets and the light assembly, I noticed that the tire on the curb side was not properly mounted to the rim. This was the cause of the additional vibration of the trailer. I contacted them and indicated this should have been caught during their quality inspection. This information was given to their management and quality department. I was sent a new tire and rim assembly. All replacements were sent at no charge to me. I'm happy with the trailer now, but I should not have gone through this to make a usable trailer.
