    I ordered an air mister and turbo jet combo from this company in December of 2023. They finally sent the items, in March, but once I tried to retrieve from post office, they said the address was incomplete and they returned to sender. I dont know how they got my address wrong because I gave it to them when I gave them my credit card information. They took the money, $150.00, in December of 2023, but marked an incorrect address on the item, to get a , Return to Sender label. Ive been trying to speak with someone for about 4 months now. Either say , mailbox full or keep ringing. Please help. **** showed that the item#****************************, was returned to sender.

    My Turbo Air Jet Duster has unfortunately stopped working suddenly. I have emailed and filed a claim for the product to be repaired under warranty. It has been months and I still have not gotten a response. The website is down and cannot get a response from their Instagram page or email. This is very frustrating. If production has stopped and this cannot be repaired I would like a full refund.

    I bought an air duster from this company last year Oct which took over two months to receive. It had a one year warranty and stopped working and no one will respond to me, no phone number works, no messaging works either. Totally bad business practices and faulty warranty guarantee.

    I purchased a $474.99 travel chair set and never recieved it. The company said they were on back order then quit responding to my calls and emails but kept my money! THIS HAPPENED IN FEBRUARY it is now MAY!!!

    On December 15 I made an order for a clipper set with a turbo jet blower. Oder #***** the purchase was $495.53. I began reaching out, first through contact number that told me they were to understaffed to answer calls and to email. So I began emailing on Dec 29 asking for updates. Was told that the products were being upgraded and that it would be 3 weeks before shipment. I then emailed on Jan 18th and was told the same thing again. Next email I sent was on Feb 8, and the last one sent on March 6th ( which I still have not receive email back from them on). I also had another employee make a purchase for the same product they declared was what was taking so long. She made order on Dec ****************************** middle of February. I have asked multiple times for refund and just get the run around.

    I order an expensive clipper set in December of 2023. It is now March of 2024. I have not received my order, nor can I get anyone to answer the phone or Email. Now their website doesn't even work.

    I have requested a refund and order cancellation and I keep getting the run around. When I call the number listed no one answers and all Ive gotten is an AI response from a chat. All I want is my order cancelled and they still havent cancelled it.

    I never received the product I ordered. It hasnt even been shipped after almost 3 months. When I try to put in a claim, it does not let me and there is no way to contact the company. The website address also says the server isnt working.

    I ordered the turbo jet air duster on 2/13/24, it is now 3/14/24 and I have yet to receive my product. The barbernation website states shipping takes 3-5 business days and evidently this is not true. I paid for a product that I havent received. I have attempted contacting the company and ONE time they said the shipping is delayed due to an UPGRADE on the product and that I would receive a separate email with tracking info. I have yet to receive ANYTHING. In the last 7 days, I have send them an email TWICE inquiring about my purchase and they have yet to respond. At this point, I DEMAND a refund of the total cost. I EXPECT to hear something within 24 *********** be SURE to spread the word about this unprofessional, unreliable company
