    What a rip off. Purchased the Gold package as a gift for my wife, thought that I found a special deal on Groupon, what a joke. The package that I got wasn't shown, it only included a wash & dry, windows cleaned, and interior wiped down, but not what I bought. What was supposed to be included that we didn't get - reconditioning of surfaces, carpet shampooing, headliner steam cleaning, paste wax and buffing. My initial look at the car after it was done was good, but it didn't take long after leaving that so much was missed. A few days after the detailing it rained which is when I knew for sure it wasn't waxed at all. Originally, but not what I paid for, I thought maybe a spray wax had been done but no that wasn't done either. I got a hand wash and wipe down with vacuuming for about 4x what I could have gotten a similar car wash for at any regular carwash.

So you know I do before and after pictures for every vehicle we touch. The break down of our packages is online @****************************************************. Sorry we can't control the wording of Groupon that's why we always tell our customers to refer to website for breakdown of package. If you purchased gold you got whatever it came with because I the owner ***** **** did it. Just know you and your racist ways is no longer wanted and my place of business. ****** ***** really got you messed up in the head.

    So I need auto detailing and call @Midnight Auto Detailing Mobile Spa. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and offputting. He told me to go to the website for my basic questions (packages, etc.) So I did that, selected the package I wanted, and called him back to find out how long it would take and make an appointment. Again, rudely told me to go book online, that he was too busy with customers there (I'm not a customer?) So I just hung up and went elsewhere, intending to just forget about it. Then I get a wall of text from them, which looks like one of those automated things that you just reply "Stop" to and they stop. So I did that, and he replied with "you contacted us" (but by phone only and did not give him my number or consent to any texts). So I explained to him that I did not want to do business with him and wanted the texts to stop, and not to contact me again or I'd file for harassment. He laughed at that.If anything happens to me, check out this place and this guy first!

    This woman called our place of business i sent her a questionnaire for service and that was that. She then goes online and lies on me. She made racist remarks to me as well. I the owner do not appreciate this lady playing with my livelihood. We never had any neg response with her until she made it personal. i will not be lied on or direspected with racist remarks.***** **** Owner Operator

    Amazing job with our interior detailing. We have taken our dog on many road trips and they did a wonderful job with restoring the interior. Tech was hard working, courteous, and detail oriented. Arrived ahead of schedule and called to let us know when he would arrive. Professional service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
