    I took my truck 6/20/2024 to Audio FX to have some items installed with one being a aftermarket steering wheel for a ****** tundra 4x4 crewmax for which a problem occurred on the install. One of Audio FX technicians broke the clock spring causing fault code lights to stay on. *********************** the owner said they did nothing wrong and told me to drive the truck for 20 miles or so and it would clear the codes on its own. ********************************************************************************** to do but I didn't give him my truck with fault lights on and he was on the hook to fix his wrong but he wouldn't. No accountability for messing up trucks system. So frustrated and almost a week passes by with him not having no solution of fixing it I took it to another shop called Luminex which they are very good with this procedure and they fix the problem in about a day because they had the scanner and software to assist with putting in a new clock spring they ordered through ******. So I pick my truck up 6/26/2024 from Luminex with receipt in hand and takes it to Audio FX to pay for damages and he refuses. Now on top of that they damaged my front windshield tint they torn because one of the techs felt the need to but a component they took off the truck on my the dash as well as flicking some other kinda of object towards the windshield all caught my dash cam and the owner ***** still denies. He gets a receipt for the Tinting place and ******* who fixed the steering wheel issue and refuses to pay for damages. Also one more thing my ****** emblem on the steering wheel got damaged as well. He also admitted that my ****** truck was the first steering wheel job he had ever did period after he said he did many steering wheel but just not ******s after he fouled up on my truck. This owner has no accountability or repect for his customers and I was pretty much threaten and insulted at his place of business to Insight a more violent action so he could get out of paying.
