    I made an appointment with Right Touch Dental, *************************, who is In-network with my dental insurance (United Concordia) for February 1, 2023 at 10:30 am for a cleaning and a filling. Upon arriving for my appointment, I completed required paperwork and provided my driver's license and ********************** insurance card. I received the cleaning, but not the filling. My bank card was charged $100.00, although my insurance covers 100% for 2 cleanings per year. A treatment plan was discussed to provide other dental services once insurance preauthorization was submitted. I called the dental office a few days later to inquire when the work would begin and was informed that the dental office was out of my insurance network. My insurance company confirmed the dental office was within my network and made several calls to the dental office to confirm this, but was sent to voicemail each time. Messages were left by me and the insurance company, but none of our calls were returned. I was charged $100 for a service that is covered by my insurance and no further plans have made to provide dental services I need or requested.
