    Purchased 2 prebuilt sheds from business. Delivery was prompt. However, during delivery they wrecked our trailer and the roof of one shed on a tree. They came back and repaired the roof on the shed, but declined to repair the trailer. We had explained that the trailer was paramount to moving our things from a pay storage unit and we needed it to a wood financial distress (Im 87 and retired, my daughter has no income). Despite this, they claim that theyre not responsible for repair of the damages to the trailer or our finances. We had NO food money last month due to being unable to move things from a $340. rental space and paying $266. for the sheds received. I have my daughter permission to sign for receipt of sheds. She was not informed that she was signing also a Waiver of Liability that they have added into the receipt. Nor was she provided a copy. Since she has a medically documented mental processing disorder, I Never would have authorized for her to sign for anything else. I think a business that knowingly puts people in this situation and takes NO responsibility for the ineptness of their delivery employees is unethical.(Photos were provided to *** and will need to be found or retaken to submit to you. The frame is broken, Th e prop stand is broken off and the tailgate is ripped up.)
