    I put in a service request days ago explaining to my apartments that there is a flood in my house as well as a dryer socket that is extremely corroded and could start a fire. They refused to come and fix the issue. They told me if my things was to get damage just use renters insurance instead of them coming to fix the issue

    hey my name is *************************** im 24 years old and on 03/09/2023 I purchased my first apartment at stonecrest ***** Apts. I moved in on 03/10/2023 and noticed i didnt have hot water i called the rent office personnel ***** and he told me he order me a new one i never received a day i would get it on 3/31/2023 i received the supposed new hot water tank. he left smelly water all over my floor and never came back. i never heard anything or had anyone come to look at my apartment! On 05/01/2023 i went into the rent office to pay my rent i spoke with ***** and told him that the maintenance team responded to my requests and said they completed them when no one ever came to my apartment to fix anything. i told him that the smell from the hot water tank was becoming a problem and showed him the video of the black mold on the floor next to the hot water tank , i explained to him that it leaks whenever i cut on the ac or take a shower. he told me that that was not his department and he doesnt know what to tell me to do, i told him its becoming a big problem in my home and that i have children with me he proceeded to say that he understands but he cant do anything because he is not maintenance and said he would put in another request for me. which he did in front of me!on 05/08/2023 i put in 4 service request because i still received not one call or visit to even see what is wrong in my apartment. i put in a service request for the clogged sink, leaking ceiling in the bathroom, leaking hot water tank, and pest control for nats. Today is 05/22/2023 and my bathroom ceiling is caving in and leaking badly and i still have not heard anything about my request and my kids are becoming sick from the smell and its become a real health issue in my home.

    I moved in to Stonecrest Mill apartments on Nov.10th,2022. A couple weeks later (Dec.14th,2022, I began to see mold on my kitchen wall and under the main bathroom sink, so i reported it. Someone came out, gutted the walls and treated the mold , so i was told, repainted and told me the spots under my sink was not mold. On February 2nd, 2023, once again the mold returned, this time in a larger increment, both under the sink and the kitchen wall. i didnt receive a response for several days. once in contact with the property staff i was told it would be handled, they came gutted out the kitchen wall and the bottom of the bathroom sink, which then stayed in that state covered with cardboard for a few days. finally someone came fixed the wall and bathroom , so i was told. February 25,2023 once again the mold has returned and im currently waiting on it to be handled. i just really need for this issue to be thoroughly resolved, i need for this issue to be truly fixed and not just bandaged up to keep me quiet, if someone could please contact me ASAP!!!! i would greatly appreciate it.Thank You!!********************************* **********

    I was unaware that this problem was still an on going issue. I have contacted my Service Manager and informed him that this is top priority and we will ensure that we will find the source of the issue and fix it properly and completely TODAY!  Im so sorry for this inconvenience as it is our desire to make everyones living experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

    The problem is when we are supposed to be able to pay at ******** The payment does not go through. So I had to pay over the phone for a fee. It's happened in the last 2 months. So while I was not able to make the payment they charged me a $200 dollar late fee. Plus they have charged me a 100 dollars extra for rent. They are charging the me for the whole building sewage and water.

    In response to ******************** complaint.  I must say that ******* is a third party retailer that receives payments.   We have received a few complaints to the office about their system not being able to pull up payments.  In that situation, we tell the resident to just get a money order and bring to the office and because the third party agency couldn't process the payment, we will accept the money order.  Therefore if the resident contacted the office, that information would have been relayed to him.  As for the $250 fee that was added to his account; it was a Legal Fee because the resident didn't make their payment until the 19th day of August and according to their lease agreement, rent is due on the 1st and considered late on the 4th and a $100 late fee is added to the account under this particular lease agreement; and if not paid by the 9th then we file and begin the evictions process and an additional $250 Legal Fee is added to the account of which is what happened in this case.   The rent was not increased by $100 at all.  The resident was late with rental payment and missed both deadlines and so he received two charges that totaled up to $350.00. ($100 Late Fee,  $250 Legal Fee)
