    I called the mechanic to come out and charge my battery and pop my hood because it is very difficult to open but I have had multiple oil changes so I know it is able to be open with breaking anything the Bivins mechanic came out he popped my hood after 25-30 mins of trying to get it open then he charges my battery I didn’t realized he had made any damages until I got out of my vehicle and looked at it at that time he was already gone when I looked and see there was a piece cracked and my hood was bent in I texted him to let him know the damages he had done he said he didn’t do that but he would fix my damages “ a little bit “ so ***** ** comes around and he comes out and starts working on unbending the hood he bent in the middle of fixing the damage he lets me know he did not do this it was already bent when he came out to fix my vehicle I acknowledged that my hood was bent a little bit when I first brought it but it wasn’t bent that far back and I do have the pictures to prove it so then he proceeds to say he didn’t do it after that he says you know what when I’m done with this don’t call me and ask me for **** which I thought was a very rude thing to say to a customer so we start going back and fourth and I told him I didn’t want him touching my car anymore because I didn’t know if he was going to do more damages since we were pretty much arguing so he got in his car and drove off

    We contacted ******* ****** to come out and do a tune up on our **** ******* ***** *** We had him change out our starter and do a few wheel studs for us a while ago before the tune up. He was also suppose to do a gasket cover replacement, which I bought all of the parts. The day after getting the “tune up” and “gasket cover”, we took a one hour trip to ******** After getting off the interstate, my car started jerking and shaking. It was riding really rough, thankfully we made it back home. A few days after that, the car started cutting off several times when coming to a stop or when hitting the brakes. After getting another mechanic out to look at the car, we were advised that ******* ****** did not change the gasket cover and he did not do the tune up correctly. He also left off a hose under the hood which did not help the situation. It sounded like a loud hissing sound under the hood. We paid $175 and never had any issues with paying whatever as long as the car was fixed. We trusted him and he got over on us by not even doing his job as well as STEALING my gasket cover replacement. He told us that he can throw away the “trash” when he left due to the trash dumpsters being in the beginning of the apartment complex. I didn’t know until after the fact that he kept the parts that he didn’t use as well as the NEW gasket cover replacement that I bought from ***** ******** months prior. We gave him several chances to either come make it right or give me a refund. He blocked our number and he blocked me on **** *** after I requested the $175 back 3 times. I then texted him from a text free number giving him ANOTHER chance to come make it right and he said he would but when I told him who I was he said that wasn’t his fault and he blocked me again. The first time after contacting him he said he would come that next day and he never showed up or responded. He just blocked us. We have him several chances and each time he just avoided the situation. I have all proof needed!!
