      I agree with the complaint the ***** * made. Be careful in dealing with
      R Brack Landscapes. Ron has a reputation for getting paid in advance for a job, but walking off before completion. We advanced him a several thousand dollar deposit for a custom made gate which he neither fabricated nor installed. The irrigation system was not completed and did not work properly. In order to keep the expensive sod from dying, it was necessary to hire other contractors to correct and finish the project.
      We are aware of several other people that had similar problems in dealing with Ron.

      Rule number 1: never pay him until the job is complete. Runs his company like the government…
      Extremely inefficient, borders/completely dishonest, and never completes the job. Continues to ask for your money and promises services that will NEVER be completed.
      Ex: requested pine straw, put down wood chips said if we didn’t like it he would fix it… immediately asked for it to be removed. Clogged up French drained and backed up under the house multiple times until we removed ourselves. Added another French drain, unfinished with pea gravel as a temp fix, never put the pump in, never finished the driveway concrete in. Never came back to replace reported dead plants, after stating that he had them ordered and would be there with in a couple weeks (this was over a year ago!) planted all plants without even covering them with dirt!
