      My ***** broke down so I had it towed to the ***** service center to have a major repair done. Originally five fuel injectors were supposed to be replaced on my *****. Only one was replaced which caused my car to breakdown again. I had to have my vehicle towed back to the dealership where they realized they forgot to replace the other four injectors. They insisted on repairing an oil leak for an additional cost. By the time I got my car back the second time, three weeks had gone by. When I got it back, the power to the driver’s seat didn’t work and the cover to the fuse box was sitting on the passenger seat. I had to go back once again to have them put the fuse back in.

      **. ******, thank you for your candid review. After reviewing your case with the Service Manager, I agree we did a poor job of communicating the repair process. As is the case with higher mileage vehicles, we understand the dilemma of continuing to invest in ongoing repairs.
