      Over charged and despite me telling the plumber over and over that a pressure valve was needed on the gas line to the heater (in addition to the one on the house line) he ignored me and charged me $550+ for nothing. He even charged me $125 for lighting the pilot light as if he made a trip to my house to light it. I had already lit it that morning. It took him all of 5 minutes to light it after he turned it off. I had to hire a reputable plumbing company to come out and undo the mess they made and do the repair correctly. They said I should do a chargeback or take them to small claims court, but I don't have time for that. I do have time to make it a little crusade of mine to go on social media and warn as many people as I can about you.
