      Ricky heath Plumbing and their technicians are deceptive and will take advantage of your lack of plumbing knowledge. My wife called and asked for a septic tank inspection and pump. she was told the inspection would be free. technician got there and said that he had to pull a toilet to inspect the tank, and it would $500 since there is no clean out, understood. then when he is done we get a quote for pumping the tank that would be an additional 687 but pumping the tank comes with an inspection, so i could have just paid 687 to have the tank pumped and inspected instead of 500 to run a camera from in the house and then pay 687 to have it pumped. because my wife did not know any better and i couldnt be there today. even though when we called we asked for a tank inspection.

      Austin and Jake were wonderful. They arrived on time. Polite and professional, they kept me updated on their progress. They fixed my septic line issue in a timely manner and cleaned up well when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable service. Ricky Heath provided support and follow-up throughout.

      Very unprofessional. Paid for a service that wasn't resolved. Was having same issue 24hrs later. Called office and person answering calls refused to let me speak with manager. Stated she would give me a call back and never did. I was ripped off.
