      I called this office last ****** */* and asked for someone to come out to just clear my plumbing vents and left my phone number with the receptionist who was going to give me call back to let me know when someone could come out to help me. Granted I had already got the quote on the service the week before and told her it was not an emergency case but still I expected to hear back with an appointment time over the next day or two. I still have not received a call back.

      We apologize for not contacting you sooner. You told us it was not an emergency. Many of our plumbing calls are emergencies. We have to get them 1st. We are a small company with 3 trucks. One of the plumbers was on vacation last week left us with 2 trucks. We do not make appointments. We call when we have a plumber available to see if the customer is available.
      With the heat as hot as it is it is extra hard on the employees to get the work done. Normally we can get to our customers in a couple of days, but with 1 man down we just could not take care of all the calls coming in.

      The phone operator seems to be half awake. Asked for an estimate on several things including installation of a backup sump pump that is water powered, which I would provide. Set appointment between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. Get call at about 8:30 saying that someone was in route. An hour later, I called and ask if anyone is coming. I was told, operator would get back to me. Ten minutes later, I call and am told that the plumber is on the way but, had to stop at store to buy a sump pump. Ok....asked for an estimate and regarding pump, said I had one. How in the world would they know what type or size of pump I would need to buy one? Obviously, the operator is not listening. Call and you'll see what I am talking about. Kind of like going to ********** and getting the "of geez another customer to deal with" attitude. Tommy, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
