      My roof needed repair on ***/2024 after a wind and rain storm. I called Mr G***** to come out and repair roof he did come on Wednesday ***/2024 looked at the roof and said it would cost 486.00 The shingles were blown up and exposed the wood the gutter was hanging this was in the back of my house close the screened porch. This was about 8:30 AM I was leaving for work he asked me to take my checkbook with me to work so he could come by and pick up check when he was finished. It was about 10:30 am he called me and said he was done and was coming for the check . He got the check for 486.00. When I got home I saw the job was incomplete and called him and told him it was not finished. He came came back the next Morning thursday *** said he would have it fixed. when I came home for work it was not completed I called him again. Also I asked him before he starts the job please take pictures of the damage and send them to my phone I need the pictures to show the insurance co so they can settle my claim. I called him Friday when are you sending my pictures and finish the repair he calmed he'll get to it. After that day he did not answer my phone calls on my cell. On Tuesday I called him on my house phone no answer then he called me back again I went over our agreement he said I'll get to it I asked when he said sometime this week I told him I need to know I want to be home when you do the repair. Tuesday ***** * was the last time I talked to him. I have emails and text messages I sent to Mr G*****. Insurance Co won't honor the claim with out the photo before repair. Mr G***** showed me some pictures on his phone and claimed he took them. but never sent it to me. Please help work is not finished squirrels are climbing into the space wood is still exposed. Please help me I'm an elderly woman taken advantage of. I want a full refund because the work was not completed.

      The pictures taken show the unrepaired damaged not fixed as we agreed He got the full amount of 486.00 when I returned home from work this is what I found so I took pictures of the unfinished work he already was paid for.  I do not want him back at my home I don't trust him and since he won't return my calls its best I use the 486.00 refund from him to get someone else to repair the roof the right way. I am elderly and fearful of him returning because I don't trust him and he knows I live alone. Please help me resolve this issue.
