I paid there employee to make a business sign end of august last year. i paid 500 for metal deposit 100 for paint to make a sign. They have not delivered the sign it has been over 7 months. I tried to get a refund so someone else could make the sign they refused to refund me. I still dont have a sign they are not responsive when i call or send messages funds were sent through venmo to a ******* *****

This is Peak Steel Buildings. I know there is another company in ****, ** called Peak Steel as well. We do not fabricate signs we do Commercial Steel Buildings. I think he mistakenly left a complaint for us (Peak Steel Buildings) instead of whomever he ordered a sign from the company in ** ( Peak Steel out of Apex, **). The difference is we are Peak Steel Buildings, LLC and they are Peak Steel, LLC so i can see how he mistaken us for them. Hope he gets everything resolved with that company to get his refund.
