    I went to Jokers audio & wheels and I purchased a package for $999.00 I upgraded my amp for $150 and when I got ready to pay I asked why was the price higher than what I was told I paid $1,270 the manager told me that they charge a shop fee I think which was $99 on top of the taxes when the manager pulled my vehicle out of the shop I immediately let the manager know that my door had a dent on it with a ******************* on top that was not there at first the manager did not try to do an incident report he didn't try to do anything about it he got some Windex and try to wipe it then the manager asked me when would I be in the area that he would get someone to fix the problem and that he will go ahead and get on the phone and call the company then he told me that he would give me a call back concerning when they could fix my vehicle so I did not hear nothing back from him that day I didn't hear anything back from him yesterday today is Thursday and I called them myself when I spoke to the manager he told me that they were not going to fix anything the manager hung up on me I want a refund for the speaker and the amp that I bought and they can take everything out of my car if they can't be responsible and fix what they damage
