    Child Support Enforcement case number ********* (Cherokee County, ****** *******). This case is now over 5 months and over $7600 in arrears, which is a felony in *******. By this time the *** should have had legal action taken by DCSS. I cannot get a response through phone calls, requests for appointment with case manager, nor through emails. Through the chat option I am able to get updates on the arrears amount, and am always told the case is under administrative enforcement, but they cannot tell me what type of enforcement due to "privacy laws". They can also not give me an estimated date when their administrative enforcement efforts will be "exhausted" so that they can take legal action against ***.
