      I have been a long-term client of this business, referred others to them, and even had the representative speak on my family's podcast as a tax expert. However, during a recent audit of our taxes, we discovered significant mistakes, including the omission of the childcare credit of $600, HSA 1099 and 5498 forms, and 529 forms. Additionally, my W-2 for 2021, which was submitted to him in January of 2022, was also omitted. Despite my attempts to resolve these issues professionally, I have received no response from the business, which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.Given the lack of communication and failure to address these mistakes, I am reporting this business to the BBB. Their actions have not only caused financial inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about their ethics and professionalism. I also plan to report this matter to the *************** of CPAs (GSCPA).

      I did not include a w-2 on the taxpayers' 2022 tax return.  This was missed because all the other forms sent to me were in a  pdf format..  This was in a different format. 

      When I corrected the issue, I realized that the taxpayer did not withhold enough federal taxes.    I have been telling the taxpayer for years that they needed to adjust their withholding with their employer

      The other forms mentioned in this complaint were not provided to me.    I am very sorry that the taxpayer owes taxes.  However, this is a result of the taxpayer not withholding enough taxes.   This was not due to anything on my end.

      Peter, 
      Your feeble attempt to deflect our legitimate concerns onto unrelated matters is a pitiful display of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Let's be clear: our grievance stems not from the taxes owed, but from your abject failure to fulfill the basic responsibilities of your role as a tax consultant.
      We engaged your services with the expectation that you would handle our tax matters competently and diligently. It is abundantly clear that you have fallen woefully short of even the most basic standards of your profession. Your oversight in omitting a crucial document like the **2 form is not a minor oversight but a colossal failure on your part.
      We insist on a complete refund for the services paid, as your inability to deliver the services we rightfully expected has left us in a compromised position. Your lack of attention to detail, disregard for client expectations, and attempt to shift blame onto us are simply unacceptable.
      We demand immediate remediation of this situation through a full refund of the fees paid. Failure to comply will result in further action to rectify this egregious breach of trust.
      Make no mistake our focus is squarely on your failure to provide the service we paid for, not on the taxes owed. Do not attempt to misconstrue our concerns again.
