    The Company does not respond to product issues directed to customer service or honor product warranty that they have place. I have been supporting this business for many years. I have reached out to them on at least 3 occasions that I can remember regarding products purchased from them that have a life time warranty that broke. I was responded to on the first 2 occasions and received a replacement for the broken items. I reached out to them regarding a 3 item that broke trying to get it replaced. I have been completely ignored regarding the 3rd broken item. In the meantime, they are soliciting sales to me. The quality of their product is very poor, but it's costly. I have purchased much cheaper products that serve the same purpose that they have never broken over many many years! I've experienced extremely poor customer service and Company that does not honor their Warranty. No more business will they receive from me and I will not advise any one to do business with them. I will not promote this Company or their products to anyone. MY advice, don't do business with them.
