      I ordered meats from this company this week. This company is located in Georgia and I am located in ********. I was informed that they would ship my package on a certain day. I called this company two days later to find out my tracking number and the shipping company they were going to use. I had to wait for a manager to call me with the information regarding my shipment, which I thought was strange. I thought they would have reached out to me to inform me of the shipping company and tracking number since I PAID for my shipment upfront without even an invoice or a breakdown of the cost. When I called, they gave me the WRONG tracking number and it was like pulling teeth to find out the shipping company who was suppose to be shipping my order. The order was close to $200.00!!! After numerous phone calls to this meat company, they called the shipping company to find out what was going on. I received a phone call to tell me that the shipping company had changed the tracking number, amongst other issues. To be honest, I did not get a clear reason of why and what happened. I was also told that I could call the shipping company to get information; why should I do that when I am sure that I paid the meat company to take care of that. I work, and do not think that I should have to do that since the meat company is the one responsible for my shipment until I receive it. I was also told that an invoice is in my package. That is not the way to do business, they could have emailed me the invoice like they emailed me the wrong tracking information. I feel like I should have received a phone call regarding my shipment and information as well. After I called the third time, the lady I spoke to was VERY RUDE and felt like I was taking up her valuable time.....some customer service. I will NEVER order from them AGAIN. I would like a formal apology for their unprofessionalism and they need to do better with out of town customers who order from them and pay upfront!
