    I had an extremely negative experience here in May. when I came in for diagnosis for my heel spurs I was told that the cost of the visit was the office visit and diagnostics xrays but was never told that there would be a charge subject to insurance for the Walking Boot that was given to me. When I recd the **** later and asked the office I was told this was as per the insurance policy I had. In spite of repeated requests and even returning the walking boot neither *************** nor his staff were willing to rescind the boots charge and insisted I pay the **** for the same.
