    In early December we contacted FASTSIGNS Marietta to create and install 3 signs for our business. The manager came out, I showed him where I wanted the signs installed, he took measurements and said hed come up with some prices. Later that month I received an invoice with pricing for a sign and installation. I paid the deposit and he said they would have it ready to instal in 4-6 weeks which worked perfect for our grand opening. He never contacted me and finally after contacting him for months about it still not being ready he said they would have it ready to install. I waited 6 months for this sign! Finally after waiting, they installed it and it was the wrong sign! So I had to wait another 4-6 weeks for them to remake it. Keep in mind weve had no sign at a business in a very busy shopping center for 6 months. On top of that they never stated that they only complete half of the install and dont wire the sign to make it light up. Even though I paid for a lighted sign and installation. The manager never mentioned that when he came out to look at everything and discuss the install and the guys that installed it kept saying they dont do the electrical and that they would send another company out to do that. However, they do not. The manager said that I was responsible for that part because the box was on the inside wall and not the outside of the building. Its costing me almost $1600 to have it wired because they didnt pull any wires through the wall and the electrician said they way they did it is basically like wiring 15 different signs. I couldve had this completed at a local sign company in a few weeks but I had already used this location and was happy. I cant tell you how difficult and unhappy I am with this. Now **** is harassing me for the remaining balance for which I dont believe I owe because of all of the money they have cost me for having to wait 6 months vs the 4-6 weeks they promised plus almost $1600 extra that I had no idea I was paying.

    How can we come to a resolution if you are unwilling to discuss? Your contract clearly states that your order includes: "Installation Of Signage To the Wall. Sign Will Be Connected To the Existing Electrical Whip on the Exterior Of the Building If Available and In Working Condition. A Third Party Electrician Will Be Required if the Electrical Is Not In Place or is in Need of Repair." You acknowledged this in writing. Again, I would be willing to work with you on your balance but I can not do so if you do not answer phone calls or emails. Sending past due notices is not "harassment" it is simply an attempt to collect on a debt. This complaint is the first time we have been made aware that you do not intend to pay for the goods you have received.

    My electrician states that there is existing wiring and no work is needed to be completed on any breaker box. I am offering $2500 to resolve this or we can dispute it with Judge ***********

    Ive been advised to do everything in writing going forward. Upon further investigation by the electrician hes found that there are no wires extending from the sign and has informed me that there is going to be a lot of labor involved to get the sign wired. He stated that there might be wiring inside of each letter but hed have to open the sign to see and if there is and if its there I would need to have the sign taken down so that he can run the wiring through the wall and then have the sign reinstalled. He also stated hes never seen the electrical whip on the exterior of the building because most places do not even allow that and even if they did its twice as much work to wire the sign with it on the exterior than it is on the interior wall of the building. However, he said he could easily put one on the exterior of the building so you can come back and wire it if thats what needs to be done.
