    This owner/business has taken advantaged of a senior female. After giving him a deposit of $875 , he continueously prolong starting work on my yard. There was excuse after excuse. The contract list a start date but he never started on time. It was always the weather or I'm behind or the traffic even after telling me "you will be next" He still didn't honor what he said. I was the one who had to communicate with him on the status of start date and supplies. He never text or call. He finally arrived late after my many complaints without everything needed to complete the work. The contract listed what to be done and how, but he continued to procrastinate by not having everything needed to do the job. He left the grass sod and receipt for it shows sod cost of 650$. He has $875 from me and didn't offer me the remaining amount back. I decided to tell him to just leave the sod since he arrived without the equipment to complete the job. My complaint is to warn the public that this guy is dishonest unprofessional and disrespectful and takes advantage of seniors. .he has very poor business practices. I have never had a business I dealt with shout at me for calling trying to get an update on the services promised. Chase Scapes owner scammed a senior. How low is that?
