    I have had no dealings with this company in over a year. Tonight (1/29/24) I got an alert that said Alternacare hit my account for $60. I called and they said it was because I didn't return something and there was a monthly fee of $60. So after a year this monthly fee just starts, with no email and no notification???

    Mr. *********** had ordered a *** hand cradle from us on 09/21/2022 that required a monthly rental fee. He is correct that the monthly ******** were not charged on a consistent basis. He did contact us about this and on 02/25/2024 we did issue a refund for the *** hand cradle to the card ending in 6438

    In October/November 2022, I attended an online information session given by the doctor. For $19, I was sent a gadget that was purported to detect health issues. I also paid a $250 deposit that was supposed to be refunded upon the return of the gadget. I mailed it back and have attached tracking. After several times back and forth, I no longer received any help from the business and the $250 was never refunded. I chalked it up to ****** learned. However, on January 29, ****, this business charged my HSA card $60 and I cannot do anything like a credit card dispute through them. I have had no further interactions with this business since November 2022 and I'm requesting the $60 back and no further charges to my card. Thank you.

    I attended a webinar for thyroid health and foolishly signed up for a $19 "consultation". They ended up charging me for 11 consultations at almost $200!! They claimed it was "my error" as if I would want 11 consultations for myself but said they would refund the money. They sent me a "receipt" 6/28 claiming that the money was refunded. It is now July 13, and STILL no refund! I contacted my bank and they have no record of it either. This company us clearly out to scam people. Shame on them for taking advantage of people wanting holistic care for their health issues. The "consultation" I had was a joke, too. They spent the entire time just trying to upsell me more products without any real solutions to my issues. They are out to make a quick buck off of unsuspecting people and that's it. They won't provide any *********** for you but boy will they try to sell you some snake oil stuff!! BUYER BEWARE!

    ** ******* did purchase 11 Root Cause Assessments at $19.00 each online with us on 06/28/2023. When purchasing Root Cause Assessments online the buyer must put in the quantity that they want to purchase. C ******* did reach out to us on 06/28/2023 about a refund for 10 Root Cause Assessments and we did refund 10 Root Cause Assessments totaling  $190.00 to the card ending in 2191 on 06/28/2023. C ******* did keep the appointment with us on 06/29/2023 for the Root Cause Assessment.
