    Went to purchase a car under the impression they had an **** event still going on as the phone representative informed me of. Told them up front I had no money down but a trade in. They did not offer me close to the **** for my trade as the special stated. Then tried to charge me ***** for a car that had been wrecked on driver side. Then told me had to have **** down for the wrecked car. Sat for 4 hours not even offered a water. Just poor customer service all around. Did not approve of the false advertising.

    We had a special event running few weeks ago which this client responded to and spoke to one of our Sales BDC agents and came into our showroom. Not all customer who are interested to buy any specific vehicle from us necessarily always qualify specifically if they have low credit score or bad credit. Some customers do not want to understand that a Lender has to approve their loan with zero down to qualify for any zero down purchase. This individual customer was extremely rude to all our staff because he did not qualify to buy what he wanted.and trying to hurt our reputation in any way he thinks he can. 
    We have free coffee, snacks and water in our customer lounge area from open to close for all sales and service customer.
