ALM Nissan in Newnan has had my Titan for warranty work since Dec 9 - today marks 10 weeks that they took my vehicle and it is a minimum of 3 days to get a response everytime I ask for an update. Please save yourself our headache and do NOT use this service department!!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated on Jan. 28, 2023. On April 29, 2023, my driver's side tire and lug nuts flew off my car. Now I have over $2500 in damages to my vehicle. I emailed the dealership on May 30, 2023, and received a call I guess from the sales department regarding my email but the first thing the person wanted to know if I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. After explaining that I did not want to purchase a vehicle the person then listened to what I had to say and indicated that I should come in and talk with the service department. He indicated that he would let someone know that I was coming in on Thursday (6/1/23). On June 1, 2023, I arrived at the dealership and indicated that I need to speak with a manager. After waiting for a few minutes in the lounge, a manager came in and I told him my situation. He indicated that if they had done anything wrong with my tires then I would not have been able to leave the lot on that day. He also stated that maybe someone was trying to steal my tire off of my car. He then indicated that he would pass my situation on to someone above him. He stated that I would receive a call. I received a call and he indicated that he spoke with someone, and they stated that since there was no contact with them for the first 3 months that there was nothing, they could do for me. My concern is that if I had been driving that car on the expressway things may have been worst. As of this point I will never ever take my vehicles to Nissan of Newnan or Nissan of Union City because both of these places are a big joke when it comes to getting decent service on your vehicle. Like I keep repeating to everyone, I know that I did nothing wrong. It's hard to find a good mechanic to work on your vehicle. If you can't take your vehicle to the dealer for decent service, then where do you go. Also, there is recall on my 2008 vehicle and when I got that vehicle serviced on April 1, 2023, the technician did not even know what the recall was.

I think that they are experts at manipulation and I feel taken advantage of. I have a 2018 Nissan Frontier that's value is less than what I owe. Not only that but considering my large amount of debt. The dealership and *********** truly knew the laws about lending and *********** sent me letter preapproving me (13% apr) but dealership attempted to get a lower apr. In that process I had letters of denial coming for months after the fact. Points started to appear on my credit score.. I even got a denial letter from *********** after the bill of sale was signed. I was driving the truck.I was oblivious to what was going on. The fast talk & too quick sale should have told me something is not right. My finances have been on a downward spiral ever since. It has been so difficult to make that ****** every month. Yet I have. I am exhausted at trying to find a solution. I feel stuck and worried. The economy feels unstable & likely hood of selling it for more than it is worth is slim ( unethical in my opinion). My car I traded in Nissan Sentra 2011 they said they gave me ****. The price for the Frontier Pro4x went up 3 times before we signed. Then my brother was totally surprised a dealer would do such & while I was grieving the loss of father. I believe they took advantage of my vulnerability. They told me to drive truck to **************** would help when I returned. Nope they tried everything with finance companies and noone would touch that situation. I was suckered when I signed and they knew it.

Nissan of Newnan was able to get the review/complaint my mom made deleted last year somehow so I am posting it under my name so it will not be deleted. Late last year, I was pressured into purchasing a 2017 Nissan Frontier at Nissan of Newnan after simply taking my car in for a simple repair. The ****************** had me believing my transmission was out and it would leave me stranded. I took my documentation to my mom, after reviewing it, it was found the documentation not only had forged signatures, but they lied to the loan company about my income (they doubled it) and had possibly lied about the truck features to get a larger loan, an illegal fraud called power booking. After meeting with them to get them to make it right, and confronting them on the forgeries, we secretly got them on tape admitting the forgery. After telling them we had them on tape, a few days later they bought the truck back after refusing to do so initially. We also filed a police report with Newnan PD. We then posted in local groups looking for more victims and found several who had been victims but had not received a resolution. Once it was public, we urged other victims to make BBB reviews and file police reports. Nissan of Newnan started making these victims whole by purchasing the vehicles back. We believe there are many more victims out there and we believe the public needs to know.
