    ORDER: LCM10421 Ordered these Mats in February, didn't receive until late March. Paid well over 250 bucks for them to not deliver on time. To add insult these mats or not leather, they are a composite material similar to leather. When I informed them of the fact that they delivered to someone else because I had moved they were first unresponsive and then they will try to force you to take the mats out of the box and take pictures. Looking at the other complaints here it seems we all have the same experience with this company. Shady tactics and a no refund policy = you should look for somewhere else to get your mats built.

    Order # **** Ordered Dec 23, 2022 Product: car floor mats Black ************* Stitching Floor Mats Set 1 Right / 7 seats (269$)$269.00 Had email communication with them for a little. They had asked me to provide pictures of the floor plan of car, which I sent them. After a while I asked for an update and did not received a reply. I emailed again a week later and never received a reply. I still have not received product. On their website they have a different address and I dont see a number. I doubt I will receive product or my money back, but this company needs to be closed so others dont get scammed.

    I ordered front mats in the color Brown. I was sent mats identified as the color Coffee. I have emailed customer service numerous times. They are barely responsive and will either give me my money back or ship me the correct color mats like I ordered. The attached pictures of the Coffee (dark brown) color mats is what I received. They should be Brown (light brown) like the picture of the mats in the back seat.

    Vendor is advertising their car floor mat product as high quality leather, when it is actually a cheap synthetic material. Vendor does not offer a refund. Emailed them about the fact that this was falsely advertised and that I wanted to return the item for a refund and they told me to install the mats and take photos so that they could send mats with new dimensions. I emphasized that the quality and not the size was the issue and that I still wanted my money back. I still have not gotten a response.
