    DO NOT RENT HERE Slumlord Conditions and Black Mold Issues Avoid Elevate at Jackson Creek Apartments at all costs. This place is managed like a complete slum. The units are neglected, and the property management does nothing to address serious health hazards like black mold, which was present in my apartment. I reported it multiple times, and they still failed to take proper action.Over priced units. They steal your security deposit and make false claims that you owe debt even 7years after moving away. They will lie about when you moved in just to try and keep it on your credit to harass you. That is illegal.On top of that, they engage in shady business practiceslike making up fees after youve already paid your final balanceand try to damage your credit over it. Its completely unprofessional and **************** here was one of the worst decisions I ever made. If you value your health, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

    I been trying to get this leak fixed in my apartment for 13 days they keep saying a contractor is coming everyday and nothing is going done
