    I bought Kitchen "trivets" ( ******* dictionary definition of a trivet is- 1. a usually metal or wooden stand often with short feet for use under a hot dish) expecting them to be like every other trivet known to mankind, heat resistant. Upon arrival, I opened the package to see square pieces of PLASTIC with my kids artwork! What exactly am I supposed to use a square piece of plastic for?? I bought a TRIVET not a piece of plastic! I emailed to have this fixed and an older lady called me back and verified that trivets are absolutely not made from plastic and asked me to send her a picture of the black underside to see that its really plastic and she was going to reach out to someone higher up and get back with me. She has since ignored my emails, calls and voice-mails. After reading how many other complaints this company has on here, I understand why they don't have a ****** page for people to write real reviews. I expect a full refund or for real trivets to be sent as a replacement. I would also like to mention I am very active in our schools PTO and I plan to fully bring this to light if the situation is not taken care of.

    Hello Mrs *************** name is ****** ****, owner of Square 1 Art. Sorry to read your complaint that youre not satisfied with our product. Its not made of  plastic. Its a heat resistant compressed wood. Its not fireproof but should withstand a heated pan.

    I can give you a refund if youre not fully satisfied and appreciate your support of Square 1 Art.

    paid $146.91 for an order of artwork, which Square 1 Art has been unable to produce correctly on Three Separate occassions.

You ordered a few products with 2 different images and what is the complaint? Is it the wrong image? Wrong products?     One of your images looks like it was a wall of artwork and the other was a snowman.

    I ordered my son's artwork from Square Art 1 on April 12, 2024. My son was very excited but unfortunately the water bottle arrived damaged at the bottom, which makes it unstable when placed on a surface. I called the customer service number but the only way to make the claim is by email, so I have already sent them several emails with order information and a photo of the water bottle and I have not received a response. This has been very frustrating for my little one.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First, the email I received from square art 1 was received on April 24th after you (BBB) contacted them, and not April 23rd as mentioned here, and even though they told me they sent my replacement, I will not be satisfied until I receive it. Since the tracking number they sent me has only been created but the water bottle has not been sent yet, I prefer to wait to receive it and make sure that it is not damaged and that the water bottle is in good condition.

    I placed an order with Square 1 Art. I was ordering my granddaughters artwork. I received part of my order. Then I received another childs artwork on an item I did not even order. I filed a complaint with the company. I was sent an email saying they had tried to call me and that I didnt have my voicemail set up. That is not true. I emailed them back again provided all the information I had already provided in the original complaint. And requesting to have my order shipped to me or to have that portion of my payment refunded. No answer. I have emailed 3 more times since then and no answer. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. And dont forget I have another familys order and do not feel I should have to pay to return it. This company charges a lot for their products, but people order because they want their childs art for sentimental reasons.

    I placed an order with this company on Nov 9, 2023. I never received it. After checking tracking number, the post office said it could not be delivered. I tried to contact the company by email, and called them multiple times they dont answer. This was supposed to be something beautiful and not problematic, nobody has contact me although I have leave many voicemail and emails.

    I placed an order with this company on April 26, 2023. I never received it. After checking tracking number, the post office said it could not be delivered because address was wrong on their end. Item was sent back. Company sent the order out again with same issue, wrong address according to post office. I do not know what happened to that order. I notified the company 4 times by mail and just received an automated message stating they would get back to me within ***** hours. Finally, after 4th time emailing, I received a phone call. I told the person about what the post office said about address being wrong and I was told that the address is right and they would attempt to send the order again. I don't doubt address is right because I checked to make sure that I typed it in right, but somewhere along the way it was typed in wrong on their end. On June 13, 2023, I received an email stating that my order was shipped again. This time there are 2 tracking numbers. I click them and they do not work. I have ordered from this company before and had no issue receiving that order. When I spoke to the woman, I stated I want my money back, if the order was not received. I have been patient. I would just like a refund.

    i placed a large order in Oct. I had been following the tracking and noticed that it stopped being updated at the end of oct. I contacted the company and they said the post office lost it and would re send it. A couple days later i received a email with a new tracking number. The new tracking number has said it's waiting on *** to pick it up for 2 weeks. The company hasn't replied to my inquires as to why it hasn't been re sent out again. I would really like to receive my items for/before christmas.
