    Overly aggressive solicitation and complete disregard for no soliciting signage posted on our property and at the front of our neighborhood. I have politely asked them not to return. Despite my wishes to not be disturbed by this company within the comfort of my own home, they have returned 4 additional times (5 times total) within the past 2 months. At this point it is harassment by the company.The solicitors are overly aggressive in their sales practices and it is an ongoing issue with other people being bothered in their private residences by this company.If this company returns to my property I will be seeking legal recourse.

This is not how Mira Home operates, and we fully understand your frustration.
    We are treating this matter very seriously. Your property will be immediately flagged in our system to prevent any further visits, and we are reinforcing with our team the importance of respecting neighborhood signage and homeowner boundaries at all times.

    This business goes door to door soliciting in areas they are clearly not allowed to solicit including places with posted signs. They signed my family up for a service with high pressure sales tactics, did not clearly outline the cancelation policy, then did not complete the services (indoor and outdoor) promised. (Charged us $169) When I went to cancel they are charging a cancelation fee worth more money than the service. ($298)

    I am rejecting this response because:

    deserve my money back for the cancelation fee given this business did not make clear the terms to cancel and made it seem like we could not get out of the contract at all. 

    It is worth noting that I am not the first person or household who has been harassed and conned into services with this company. This business is constantly behaving as a back actor - go look at their Google reviews for just a glimpse into the misconduct and terrible business practices in which they regularly partake.

    My intent is to not be bullied into submission by this group of con artists and to receive the funds back that are rightfully mine from this business who is not true to their word and conducts themselves poorly.
