    I was so excited they're doing a Mother's Day special & you could order ahead for to-go. Called Saturday 4:12pm to order shrimp fettuccini ******* (3-4 **** ********* parmigiana (6-8 **** & included ******************** told person on phone we needed to pick-up 1:30pm on Sunday, paid, left over a $20 tip (for take-out mind you), & waited for Sunday. Arrive Sunday 1:40pm & wait a few minutes since my husband can see they're busy, then he tells them we need to pick-up, host goes to check on it & comes back to say they are putting it together now. So he waits, no problem. Other to-go orders come & go while we wa*** 40 min of waiting my husband asks the host to check on our ********** says they're waiting on the chicken *********** in the oven. Wait 15 min & the host says they made the wrong ************** fixing it now. Wait 10 ************* come out. We put it in the truck, we ask does this include the shrimp ******* since we don't see *** they respond "I don't know, I'll go check." ************ husband go back inside to check on this, meanwhile a server comes back out to me (bypassing my hubby waiting for them to give him an answer) & asks me for a bag back that they gave us. So I get out, give her the bag. ***** comes out to see what is going on, the server comes back w/the same bag & says it was right after all. My ***** asks if everything is there & the server replies "I don't know, that's what they handed me." We left after waiting over an hour for a to-go order that was supposed to be ready & called in the day before! The manager, ******, knew my husband was waiting for so long & never acknowledged him. I posted on their FB page about this, they wanted to push blame on us for not being patient & understanding, which we tried to be extra sensitive to since I know how it feels to work in a restaurant on MD. They tried to make me feel bad for not being sympathetic to them having to work. They chose to offer this, we took them up on *** ****** failed.

    WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!The waitress offered to bring me another entree when I told her the broiled seafood platter was not good at all. She took away my plate and 10 minutes later brought me back my same plate that had been sitting somewhere and said she was told to by her mgr. I said no ma'am. I do not want that back. She said she would take it off the bill. Then when I ask why is it still on the bill, the mgr said, "You are being f*cking rude to my staff and you are going to pay." My guest ended up paying for both our meals and she didn't even eat her unseasoned dish either. I would give a 0 if I could.
