  Affordable Plumbing Solutions of Perry are the most incompetent group of business people I have ever encountered. I contracted with them to do some plumbing and when the plumber showed up he decided that he was going to start under the house he proceed to connect the kitchen sink and bathroom sink and washer hookup. After completing what I thought was a professional job I paid and they were on their way, only for me to discover that all the piping I had paid for was laying on the ground I the crawl space I called their service department and the rep sent the plumber back, which he arrived with an attitude over his neglect. Later than evening I found the drain was not operating, I called customer service and they told me he said he checked everything which I disputed and they suggested I was lying because the plumber said he had checked, this is the guy who left my newly installed plumbing laying on the ground. After insisting they decided to send him back in which he promptly told me my main drain was clogged after supposedly snaking it, this sent up the third red flag and I went to the building inspector and found out this company DID NOT pull a permit which is required, after the building inspector (plumbing) finished the inspection her found multiple things that were not up to code concerning the work performed by Affordable. The main reason my water would drain is because the “JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER” install all the water flow valves in the wrong direction along with nothing being properly vented, the work he did, not the existing work, after calling them back for a third time and having them correct the code violations’, it failed a fourth time and they are refusing to correct this code violation saying they didn’t perform all the work for the washer install, but my receipt clearing says I paid for a complete install, however they chose to use existing piping while charging for new materials. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE AFFORDABLE PLUMBING SOLUTIONS

  We did the work you requested specifically after you denied our initial proposal to properly fix all drains and water lines for the residence. We corrected any & all mistakes that were on or related to work we did. As stated we made multiple trips and these were at NO additional cost to you. You presented additional issues days after work was completed and signed off as satisfactory. We would not change anything or address those concerns or continue to make return trips at no cost.

  NEVER use this company. They re-plumbed our whole home. After completing the job we had these concerns:
  No hot water
  Top of waterheater leaking
  Walls behind wash machine left open (didn't put wall cover back on)
  Bathroom floor cabinet no bucket used to catch water
  Shower nozzles not complete
  Bathroom floor/water connection to short for sheetrock
  Other bathroom floor/water connection left to long
  Handprints on walls
  White dust everywhere
  Had to adjust Bathroom connection twice (after I stated I did not want a 2 inch hose hanging out of wall)
  Trench outside not covered securely (they shoveled old bricks on top of new pipes stating that's how they did all jobs)
  Pipeline in attic not secured at all
  Left a mess everywhere
  Still air in line
  Forgot to turn water back on
  Field Supervisor came out to address. After addressing the water heater and open walls, we brought up bathroom issues and he became irate, stating he was through and leaving and left. I was flabbergasted. There were words exchanged (no cursing), namely they weren't finished with the work! Field Sup walked out and drove off.
  He was so mad I wondered if I should call the police but, did not.
  Ultimately sent out another rep to fix water heater (Field Sup did not do). Other issues not addressed. We have another company coming out to inspect job and going from there. NEVER use this company.
