I have used ********************** of Savannah for years, and thought that would mean something and however i was wrong. I called asking for an assessment of and repair of tiles in an upstairs bathroom. The technician came and stated the grout needed to be replaced and repaired. The tech came and repaired and replaced the grout. This was on April 11th. However one month later, we can visually see the grout worn away inside the shower, on the tile walls and water is dripping downstair again. I called the office and this is where the issue is. They claim the warranty on work is 14 days ! , and they will charge me to come out and take a look at what is happening. It clear that work that was done the laying of the grout is the issue because we can see it chipping away. Only 1 month and you can see the missing pieces of grout inside the shower. This is resulting in water seeping through the tiles and into the pan under the shower and it is overflowing and leaking downstairs. However the office of Mr ********************** Savannah are refusing to out of good faith wave the dispatch fee to look to see what went wrong in only 1 month with the work they did. There attitude for a long time repeat customer is terrible , coarse and unhelpful. The professional thing to do would be to , come out, take a look and see what went wrong with the first repair and what can we do to solve the problem. Two plumbers have confirmed there is no pipe leak, the issue is the tiles and the grout. Very disappointing in a company like Mr **********************, i would encourage people not to use them as they do not believe is customer loyalty or resolving an issue that their work did not fix adequately.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Thank you for also doing business with us for many years. After several calls and the arguing back and forth with you and your husband on the first initial call and how much the dispatch fee was, we completed the work that was estimated. During that time and even now, we explained to you that you have a leak somewhere else, the grout is continuing to be hit by water from your shower. Because we are experts and stand behind our work, you signed a contract that states a 14-day warranty. You were happy with the work once it was completed and now that we have already made you aware that it is an additional issue, you want to rate our business poorly. We did the scope of work, asked and estimated. You then threatened to do a bad business review because you did not get your way. We put you as a Do not Service customer because of all the confusion and lack of communication between you and your partner. We are professionals and do take ownership of each job we do.

Thank you for your reply. However, I must clarify and correct several points that were either misrepresented or omitted in your message.First, we have been loyal customers for years and have never had a dispute of this nature until now. The arguing back and forth you referenced was actually a reasonable attempt to gain clarity on unexpected charges and vague communication, not a refusal to pay or a lack of understanding.Second, the warranty period you mentioned was not thoroughly explained at the time of service. Had we known that the warranty was only 14 daysan unusually short period for this type of workwe would have questioned it before signing. It's concerning that instead of addressing a recurring issue professionally, your response is to blame the customer and dismiss the concern entirely. The issue we are experiencing was not disclosed as a separate problem at the time of service. If, as you claim, it is due to a separate leak, then we believe more thorough diagnostics should have been provided from the beginningespecially by a company claiming to stand behind its work and expertise.Whats most disappointing is that instead of trying to resolve the matter constructively, your team chose to blacklist us as ************** clients. This kind of response, coupled with accusations of threatening reviews and poor communication on our end, is unprofessional and dismissive. We left feedback based on our experience, not out of malice or entitlement. We hope this message encourages your team to re-evaluate how you handle long-term customers and post-service support. Standing by your work also means standing by your customers when concerns arisenot silencing them or shifting blame. The words "how can we make this right" seem to missing somewhere in our dialogue I do hope you also have a Fantastic day. Sincerely

I was charged labor of $1179.00 on a two hour and forty five minute job repairing four screens, adjusting a lock on a sliding glass door and replacing a threshhold. The materials were $163.23. I received the estimate on Monday after work was done on Friday. ******* their employee threatened me by email to come back and take out all the work and charge me another fee. The labor charge was exorbitant. I would NEVER do business with this company again.

Mrs ****** you admitted on a recorded line that you agreed to do the work and approved for him to go forward. We completed the work approved from you. We do not do work without the consent or signed invoice from our customers. You also threathen our employee by stating "I am going to ruin this company, make sure no one comes here and post it all on ********." Just as you will not do business with us, we have you as do not service based on how you do business. We would not recommend you to a friend or family member.

I asked for a tape of the two phone calls. This request was denied stating that it was a personal phone and the conversation could not be shared without abusing the workmans privacy. I still contend that I was never given an estimate until Monday after work was completed. They were already in possession of my credit card number which was required for the initial estimate. The repairman did give me a $1300 figure after the work was done not before.

I needed my dryer vent hose connected to the metal connector. Mr. ********************** showed up and said it would be a $600 charge. I said that was NOT a $600 job. So he said he fiddled the figures and it would be $500. Then he did a song and dance about all the work that he would have to do. I was a hostage. I needed the work done now. So in less than an hour, he connected the hose to the connector and shoved the connector into the wall. I paid $500 for a $150 job.

****, please contact our office, so we can help you in taking care of something that you need help with. We have coached and explained to our technician this is not how we do business. We are highly rated and would love to make this right.
