      I first used the Richmond Hill Auto Care back in December 2022 due to an issue with my master cylinder and slave cylinder. During that visit I had zero issues and they were very helpful.
      However in May 2023 I had an incident where I submerged my vehicle in some water and mud and it would not drive after that. I once again took it to the RH Auto Care and used my insurance to fix it. It took about two weeks to get the parts and repair the damage to my clutch. My insurance covered all of it and I took the vehicle home. On my way home I had difficulty getting the vehicle to turn, so I called them the same day and told them. They told me that it wasn't happening when they drove it, but sure enough they noticed it after I took it back. They continued the claim with my insurance and found out that my power steering and my ABS were bad due to the accident. They fix those issues and I get it back and not even a week later, the casting on my starter cracks and my vehicle is leaking oil. I contacted RH Auto and they send a tow truck to get my vehicle because it once again won't move. I speak with the owner because I believe they are the cause of these issues and their mechanics are being negligent in the repairs to my vehicle. He states that he will pay for the starter, but not the leak in the oil pan because the mechanics didn't touch that during the last repairs. I get the vehicle back and I didn't have to pay for the part of the starter, but I have to pay $500 for the work on the starter. After about two months the vehicle won't start again. I contact my insurance and have them tow it to another auto care shop. The mechanic working on my car informed me the reason my vehicle wouldn't start is because someone broke the plastic clip that holds the connecter to the starter. He zip tied it together for me so it would start and I contacted the RH Auto telephonically on September 7, 2023, sent them pictures of the issues and they have yet to respond. There are other issues too.
