      When I first signed up for AAA roadside assistance about 7 months. I got 2 to 3 pieces of mail a month try to make me get there insurance. When I finally got that to stop 3 attempts to make it happen now I get phone calls. I've ask them to stop they say they will and two weeks later a new phone call. They will no take no for a answer.

      on 6/23/2023 i placed an order for insurance w GAP insurance. I had an accident on 2/19/2024 & totaled my vehicle. Found out that I did not have GAP because AAA does not provide for vehicles 3 years or older. ******* did not disclose that AAA could not provide. Rep processed policy without GAP insurance. I called AAA still investigating. The call is recorded & it shows that I was continuously asking is this quote including GAP rep said yes.well AAA is saying not responsible but is liable. If ******* would have told me that they couldn't cover, would've looked for another Insurance company. Now I owe *******.

      On Saturday, 3/30/24, I put in a request at 9:33 PM for assistance with a lockout. I received an initial ETA of 10:05. When that time came and went, I called to get an update and was told that there were no providers available (just outside ******* proper). I was told I would be called back when they had a provider available. I did not hear back until almost 11 AM the next day. I ended up having my wife drive over 2 hours to bring me a spare key that I remembered I had left in the garage. This is unacceptable and shameful that AAA failed at providing the service I needed. I called AAA ****** Services today and told that all that could be done was a discount on my next year of membership. Why would I want to continue to be a member when I cannot rely on the organization to fulfill it's most basic of duties? I am not looking to get let down again, so no thank you.I have paid them for going on 7 years without a single use. I would very much like all 7 years of membership dues refunded, but I would be fine with the current year being refunded.

      Date of Issue: 2/5/2024 I placed a request for towing services around 6:45a. I pulled over along I-85 (southbound-Metro Atlanta, *******). AAA did not send a tow truck until approximately 4:25p. My husband came to accompany me and sent me on to work while he waited. I provided his contact information for further communication. Reached out to AAA at 4:34p seeking answers and compensation to make the situation right (no breakfast or lunch): a supervisors best available resolution was to restore the tow to my husbands account (add todays service to restore availability to 2 tows per contract) and $20 toward a July renewal.At my request, the supervisor removed me from automatic renewal in July.UNBELIEVABLE AND INEXCUSABLE!

      I have premiere membership contacted AAA they advised I had too many occurrences which I havent even used my premier membership at all. Then it took them over 12 to come and pick up the car every hour the time is pushed back and we waited all day for someone to finally arrive almost 12 hours after our initial call. Im disappointed in this service and ** never signing up with AAA again. I actually paid twice started with regular membership then I paid less than 30 days again to upgrade to premier and these services ****. I want some of my money back or something or Im contacting my bank.

      Purchased membership under the agreement of roadside assistance. The provider was not able to assist or provide roadside assistance. This was not the first time I have had this issue but after tonight it is clear that this company should not be selling and collecting money for services they are unable to provide and falsely claim they are able to provide such services

      On december 22nd I was driving my vw bus when it stopped driving. Some guys pushed me into the Citgo station so I was not blocking the road. I called AAA for a tow after seeing not battery and not motor. They said an hour and a half wait. After the hour and a half wait I was told 4 hours. I had to leave the veh and go to work. Went back on Dec 26th in the afternoon after work, called was told hour and a half, after the time I called and they said service guy would be calling about tow and he did call a few min later and said he would be to me in 33 min. never showed after another 1.5 I called back and they said I could do a contactless pick up to leave the veh it would get towed. The next morning I got a call from AAA saying it was not picked up did I still need the service. I called back they had cancelled the ticket and now said I needed to go sit with the veh for tow. Mind you its an hour from my house. I said I could not do that and I was supposed to have contactless the night before. So I paid a local guy who was interested in buying it 100 to tow it to my mechanic. I called this am 12/29 to cancel and get a refund and sat on hold for 42 min after explaining the situation to two different people i was told someone was going to be calling me to hand up and I should get a call shortly and that was over an hour ago. So at this point I realize AAA GA is not anywhere near as awesome as the AAA i had in **. Im hoping someone can get my AAA cancelled and I would like my membership money credited back to me since they are useless and I had to pay for my tow.

      On Saturday 12/2/2023 morning at 4:35am, I requested a tow for my vehicle. I was in a very unsafe environment with two twin newborns. AAA did not send a tow truck until 12:30pm. I called numerous times throughout the 8 hours I was stuck and was not provided an update until around 10am. They stated he was 45 minutes away and would arrive around 11:00am. The truck did not arrive until 12:30pm. Once the driver dropped my vehicle off, he consistently requested that I cash app him his tip for assisting me with the tow. I felt uncomfortable because he now knew where I lived.

      Howdy I have an outstanding balance with this company in excess of $90 I'd like to dispute the inaccurate charges under the pretense of I did not request a services rendered.I have made every attempt to resolve this matter with the AAA Representatives. In a timely fashion and had no resolution.I believe that the outstanding balance requested from this company is inaccurate.

      Former member of AAA since ****, filed recent complaint against AAA Auto Club South regarding HABITUAL FAILURE to provide TOWING SERVICE (which you pay for upfront ANNUALLY), for even basic tire changing service (as outlined in numerous commercials, promotions, membership hawking, etc.). In keeping with their continued, upwards pace for corporate growth, "Me-ism" AAA failed to return/refund my membership fee as indicated via phone ****** ********* 10/2023.
