  On Feb 16, 2024, I encountered severe service issues with ************************ (CJTT), assigned by AAA for a road service request I made at 13:39. Despite initial promises of assistance within an hour to an hour and a half, the experience turned into a seven-hour ordeal filled with lies and misinformation from ****'s dispatchers.Every update from **** was contradicted by later excuses, culminating in a final reveal that their truck had broken downa fact we discovered after speaking with four different AAA representatives. Only the fourth AAA representative unearthed the truth behind ****'s fabrications, revealing that their sole driver had been dealing with mechanical issues all day, which they failed to disclose earlier.This dishonesty caused unnecessary delays and repeatedly put us in a position to make uninformed decisions. They even suggested we leave our vehicle unattended for towinga highly questionable request.The culmination of these issues resulted in being stranded for over seven hours, a significant delay in reaching our intended destination, and an overall breakdown in trust towards CJTT and the reliability of the service coordination by AAA.Please don't accept a tow from ***************** Towing. If AAA assigns them to you, ask for a different company.And AAA, for the sake of all your future clients, please stop giving business to ************************. The people who run it have no integrity whatsoever.

  BEWARE!! My son needed a tow and called for service at 8:00 pm 2/24/24. Time pushed back several hours until 11:30 pm. I received a call at 3:00pm 2/25/24 regarding the service call from the night before. When I asked the representative for time the request was made, she said 'Oh, this request was from yesterday!' She then disconnected the call. This is the 2nd time this has happened with the tow service. They obviously don't have enough contracts to handle the demand for late night service ************** times defeat the purpose for asking if the driver is 'in a safe area'. They leave drivers stranded.

  I have been paying dues to AAA for 40 years and when I finally needed their service on a vacation, they put me in this endless loop without ever being able to speak to a human. Now they send me renewals. I am telling everyone who will listen to not waste your money. The service is a real scam.

  Absolutely horrible experience and a complete waste of time. They are incompetent and getting tow trucks to get cars out of parking decks. It took them five attempts four of which they were told ahead of time there was low clearance.To make matters worse, they recommended over $3000 worth of repairs. I towed it to another shop and it turned out. It was just a bad battery, the bad battery that they just installed. They were trying to get me to replace the alternator which tested fine when I took it to a different Mechanic. Then to try to get reimbursed for the incorrect work that they did do which was installed a bad battery. I had to jump through another **** hoops. This company should be sued and put under their absolutely incompetent.

  On that particular day, at 9:00 PM, I contacted AAA to request assistance for a flat tire. I provided all the necessary information, and I expected a prompt response from your team. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.At 10:00 PM, I received an automated voice message notifying me of an updated change to the arrival time, which was now scheduled for 11:07 PM. Subsequently, at 10:31 PM, I received another automated message with a further delay, compounding my frustration. The revised time only added to the inconvenience of an already stressful situation.In an attempt to seek clarification and possibly expedite the process, I called your helpline twice to speak with a live agent. Regrettably, both attempts were futile, as the agents were unable to get in touch with the person assigned to assist me. This lack of communication and coordination within your team only added to my frustration and extended the already prolonged wait.After enduring three hours of waiting with no sign of assistance from AAA, I felt compelled to take matters into my own hands. Consequently, I sought help from another roadside assistance company, which promptly and efficiently resolved my issue.This experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by AAA Roadside Assistance. I cannot fathom why a simple flat tire assistance request would result in such a prolonged and disorganized response from your team.As a long-time AAA member, I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with this incident. I have always relied on AAA for prompt and reliable service, but this recent experience has shattered my confidence in your organization. I can assure you that I will not be recommending AAA to anyone based on this incident, and I am seriously reconsidering renewing my membership in May ****.

  Left me sitting for 7 hours. No calls no nothing. By far the worst road service out there. Do not waste your money. They are a joke.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I have only used my membership benefits 1 time. I had a friends tire plugged 2 years ago. I tried to get my tire plugged last week right after the new year and waited for 4 hrs and no one showed. I had to cancel because it was late and we had to leave town the next day. I called again today (Jan 7) and waited another 4hrs and still no one came. So this time I called and asked what was going on. They told me they dont plug tires anymore. WTH? When did that change. I have been a towing dispatcher with over 10+yrs of experience and that was a major part of service calls. Why am I paying for a service that is useless? Unless they can make money off you they wont service the call!! NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!! They will not get another membership fee from me. Do better AAA!!!

  I call the tow at 9am in the morning the toll driver call me at 6 pm in the evening to check the pickup address because he was on the way. I told him the car dealer close at 5 pm and I lost a day of work and still had a car that could not be driven. I really want to use some curse words but I wont . No one from Aaa or the tow driver could tell why a 9 am call for a tow was finally ready at 6pm. My idea of satisfaction would be a refund of my membership for the year. I pay to be a premium user and receive service a one person company might give and I am sure the one person company would do a better job.

  I am literally waiting on a tow truck for 4 hours now, in the middle of the road, alone, in the dark, in December. I'm cold, a woman and love 30 minutes away. I cannot believe I am still waiting for a tow truck in the middle of Cobb county, one of the counties with the most wrecker services! I'm distraught and scared and mad!
